Removed old worn out, rusted and defective parts.
Igniter was still functioning so I did not replace it, I should have. Old one proved difficult to Remove, rusted screws. Had to grind the old screws out with a side grinder.
Installed the new burners.
installed the new carryover tubes.
Replaced the rusted out flame tamers.
Installed the old grill surfaces.
Installed the new Grease Tray.
Works like a champ.

Broke all the old stuff off and then vacuumed the entire pit of the grill. The burners and covers fit perfectly. I replaced a bad knob and igniter which was the hardest part only because I had to remove and reinstall screws for the side shelves to remove the knob panel. Other than that the cleaning part took the longest but my 20-year-old grill is basically brand new and I've used it twice already even in the middle of winter. Take the time to clean it out with a vacuum while you're there it's definitely worth the effort.

Pulled the grates and the infrared plates. Pulled the pins and pried off the starter. Removed three rusted gas tubes. Slid in the new tubes. Connected the starters. Placed the pins and replaced the infrared plate and the grill grates.
