My Charbroil grill is over ten years old. I live in Michigan and use it year round. The burners and carryover tubes failed after years of use
I removed the rusted rivets that were (partially) holding the burners in place by drilling them out.
The new burners were installed and secured using stainless steel nuts & bolts.
The carry over tubes connected easily to the burners. The grease tray was installed without issue.
My grill now works like new and I do not have to spend $500+ for a new one!

Had to replace flame guards or buy new grill. Just removes the old ones by hand , and replace them with the new ones. Maybe able to get another 6 years out of it. ;-)

Since the new part for my grill was discontinued, I ordered another grill size, thinking it might
fit, but it was too long so I took it down to my shop and cut it off the end for fitting. Worked out
very nicely.
