This is a genuine Bissell replacement part, used in upright vacuums. The Case-Drum assembly holds the brushroll and provides suction for the vacuum head. This part is made of high-quality plastic and includes a housing for the brushroll, a flexible tube, and a hose connector. Most commonly, the flexible tube is the part that wears out, but you will need to replace the entire assembly. It may also be useful to replace the belt and the brush roll assembly at the same time. To replace this part, you will need to lay the vacuum down and use a screwdriver to remove the access plate and drum roll. You may also need to remove the vacuum head casing.
