Wrong part - poor service!
With regret, I must say that my experience with your company was very poor!
First, it was stated that your part was in stock, but when I placed my order, I was then informed that you were OUT of stock, and you would have to obtain another belt from the manufacturer. That wouldn't have been bad, but for some reason the part couldn't be shipped direct from the manufacturer to me, but had to be shipped to you and then transshipped to me - which didn't make any sense, as it took longer. However, I didn't even mind that too much, except they sent the wrong size belt, and I had to return it. Unfortunately, I'd already paid for it via my credit card, so now I'm waiting for a rebate. The only good part was the very friendly lady (in Nova Scotia?) who listened to my tale of woe and promised to get me a rebate after I shipped the part back. Sorry to be a complainer, but that's the story. Please check on my rebate!
