This genuine OEM sourced part is specially designed for use with Oster Pro clippers. The armature is the central component of the electric motor that drives the shaft. This high-quality assembly includes an armature, fan, armature bearing and commutator end bearing. Due to constant contact with carbon brushes armature will eventually wear out and would need to be replaced. It is highly recommended to replace both carbon brushes when replacing an armature. Please make sure to refer to the appropriate diagrams of your model for the correct location and application of this component.
