1. Removed blade, wheel covers.
2. Found Tension springs bolts had the retaining nuts missing.
3. Compared old springs to new springs, there was a noticeable length difference between the old & new springs. Replaced springs and retaining nuts.
4. Re-assembled spring assembly, wheel covers and blade installation.
5. Performed operational checks, repair is good.
Note: Have exploded parts view on-hand to compare parts location and remove/install sequence.
