Handle was cracked and moved when it was used
Removed the bolts that secured top half of handle
Took several pictures with my phone so I wouldn't forget how the wires were connected
While everything was removed and accessible, I replaced the power cord because it had several frayed areas.
Once the power cord was threaded through its opening a and secured, I started the reassembly process.
Because the handle kit I received was an updated version of my older handle, I had to remove just a small amount of the plastic supports with a Dremel tool.
After this the top was refastened to the bottom half and is a good as new.

  • haven't tried to repair tool yet, this is on shipping
ERP doesn't listen or read. I put both my physical address and my post office box on the shipping label. Where I live, USPS will not deliver to my shop and UPS/FedEx will not deliver to my POB. So not matter what I have delivered to me I always put both address' on the label. ERP took off (they simply chose to remove the POB address) the POB and shipped USPS so the post office sent it back. It took 12 days to get what I payed to have in about 5 days. Bad communication, bad service.
