This is also the handle that you raise and lower the blade with, and also pull to make a cut in the material you are cutting.

Remove screws and pay attention to the wiring layout within the handle. Clean parts with an old toothbrush and begin the process of placing the parts in the clean mountings. Remove the screws from the old kerf plates and install new ones. Easy work. Patience.

Take pictures to remember where wires go. Unscrew and remove old handle, Place new handle bottom in place. Put wires and switch where they go, refer to pictures . Screw on top piece of handle.

1. Removed the old handle.
2. Moved the wires out of my way.
3. Put the bottom half on and secured it to the saw.
4. Placed the wires back in proper places, including the trigger switch.
5. Installed the top half of handle with screws.
6. Tested the saw, clicked heels and walked away.

Remove the screws from the old handle set. Remove switch. reinstall switch into handle half. Reinstall handle to saw. Remove the screws from the broken kerf boards. place new kerf boards in table and screw down.

I removed the top part of the handle with a screwdriver, installed the new part, and replaced the screws. It was ready to be used..

took the broken handle off. took a cell phone picture of the wiring runs through the handle. removed trigger hold down screw. replaced the bottom half of handle, positioned the switch wires in the wire slots, then positioned the top handle. Note that 3 different sizes of star driver screws are present.
