This replacement o-ring is a genuine OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket imitation. It is specially designed for Porter Cable nailers and staplers. It helps to provide an air tight seal for the cylinder. Please note, this rubber o-ring is sold individually. To complete this repair you will need a hex key also known as an allen wrench.

Removed the top and pulled out the piston and cleaned out all residue. Then replaced the o-rings and seal. Lubricated the O-rings with white lithium grease and put back together. Like new again.

Nailer not retracting.

Opened up the tool, found the piston guide broken. Replaced with the new. Resembled. Works great.
