The fastest why to remove deck, turn mower on it side on two wooden blocks 3 feet tall.To install new v-belt. The pulley came just at the right time.

1. Took entire tiller apart .
2. Removed motor.
3. Tore down transmission .
4. Checked condition of all parts .
5. Cleaned all good parts .
6. Ordered parts needed.
7. Received parts .
8. Put transmission back together .
9. Put tiller back together.
10. TAKE LOTS OF PICTURES AS YOU T AKE THE TILLER APART . THIS WILL BE VERY HELPFUL .
11. Used over a gallon of marine grease .
12 . Make sure the transmission moves in every gear before reassembling tiller .
13. Replace ALL bearings .
