This is a Genuine Manufacturer Sourced replacement part designed for use with Toro Lawn Mowers. This is the Drive wheel that moves the Mower. This part consists of Plastic Tire, Plastic Rim. Includes the Drive Gear. This assembly includes One (1) Wheel. To replace this part you would need a Wrench. • First you want to remove the Shoulder Bolt • This will allow you to separate the Wheel and remove it • Align the new wheel with the Gears • Secure the Wheel using the Shoulder Bolt

Remove the bolts holding the wheels on, then remove the wheels. Place the new wheels on lined up with the gears and tighten the bolts

Removed the bolt from the wheels and removed the wheels
Cleaned the axles and lubed them. then bolted on the new wheels
Remove the blade bolt and the blade support and the old blade
Installed the new blade on the shaft, then the blade support and blade bolt

Remove the bolt, then the old wheel, line up the gears and install the new wheel with the the bolt.

1. Removed hubcap from the wheel.
2. Removed bolt from the center of the wheel.
3. Removed wheel.
4. Removed c clip from the drive shaft.
5. Removed drive gear from the drive shaft.
6. Replace drive gear with the new part.
7. Installed c clip.
8. Replaced wheel.
9. Installed bolt in center of wheel.
10. Installed the hub cap on the wheel.

Loosened tension cable on transmission, removed plastic covers and replaced v-belt. Then replaced both rear wheels using 1/2 inch socket and ratchet. And replaced four Hoc-knobs.

Replacement of the drive wheels and gears was straight forward. Replacement of the drive belt. was a bit more complex, watched a youtube video first. Replacing the torsion spring on the personal pace drive handle also required watching a youtube video.
