... Read moren which is up frt, dropped the frt drive pulley and removed the belt. i should mention here that this is all done after pulling out the cutting deck. reversed the work to repair. This is not a quickie job but with the radio on and a couple of beers it really wasn\'t that bad. The parts cost me $132 but the local repair shop wanted $600 for the repair. Took me about total 8 hrs to complete the repair - time included some BS time with the neighbors who are curious ( who don\'t know which end of a screwdriver to use). If you have a friend or two who don\'t mind getting their hands dirty it goes a lot quicker. Mine is a Toro LX420
