Inspected and found pulley spacer and nut missing and belt loose.
1. Removed plastic cover
2. Disassembled ball and jackshaft
3. Reassembled with new parts
4. Installed belt and made sure there was no interference while turning it by hand.
5. Reinstalled plastic cover
6. Started and Ops checked trim mer
