Removed the auger cable
Re- attached the new spring on Auger Cable
Re/attached Auger Cable and Spring to machine
Adjusted nut on Auger cable to correct tension
Snowblower ready for operation
1. Removed the broken spring with hands
2. Removed the cable with a wrench and unhooked end from handle
3. Installed the new spring to old cable and adjusted the correct distance with a wrench for engagement

This is an easy task, but be sure to mark on the cable the depth of the nut for adjustment as this will save time.
Easily and quick. 1/2\" wrench and 7/16\" wrench needed for the cable replacement. Replacing the spring was done by removing the nut off the end of cable so old spring could be removed and new one put on.
