Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually. The purpose of the 107-3344 Eyelet is to let the cutting line out of the spool assembly with out damaging the part of the housing the the eyelet is installed in. It also allows the cutting line to exit the spool smoothly with out being cut.
This was an easy fix that unfortunately didn\'t take. I snapped the new eyelet guide into place and pressed to secure. My son used the trimmer for about 5 minutes, and the piece popped off into the grass. Although we searched, we didn\'t find it. Parts were worn out so automatic trimmer line feed did not work.
1. Removed old cap-drum
2. Removed old spool.
3. Removed the old eyelet, used a screwdriver to pry it out.
4. Slid new eyelet in place.
5. Wound new trimmer line onto spool then installed spool over spring.
6. Depressed spool and spring slightly and installed cap-drum.

Found an old toro electric trimmer that was missing the drum cap and eyelet.
Instal eyelet and screw on cap... 1-2-3
This company had the exact parts I needed and the shipping and service was
