This is a genuine Black and Decker replacement part,it is sold individually. This is the part of the String Trimmer that contains the cutting line. This part includes the spool and cutting line for the models shown below. This is a dual line spool. The cutting line is .065 gauge. It is replaced by removing the spool cover and placing it inside the spool housing, then feed some line through the spool housing and replace the spool cap.

Not a problem just couldn\'t find the spool for my weed eater in local stores. You folks come through once again! Love your website ease of use. Have told numerous people about your online services.
Remove the bottom spool cover and remove the spool. Insert the new spool in the thread some cutting line out of the housing. Then just press the bottom spool cover back on
Remove the cover. Mine was broken and jammed so I had to use a screwdriver to pry it off. Install the spool and line. Make sure to thread the line through the eyelets. The cover just snaps in place.
Mine was merely a project to replace a few parts on my Black and Decker electric weed wacker, which went easily enough.

Spool was broken from previous user using too heavy line...
Removed the old bottom cap, removed the old spool. Pulled the broken lever from the spool housing and press on the new one. Installed the new spool and the new bottom cap
Apparently, I have an older model weed eater and couldnÆt buy a spool at Home Depot, so I could order it from Ereplacementparts. It just had to be popped in and rethreaded.
