This is the o-ring for the seal, please make sure to check appropriate diagrams for correct location and use of this item. It is supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer for use with Porter Cable nailers. One high quality rubber o-ring is included per order. Over time it may deteriorate and crack eventually requiring replacement.
Removed the four screws from the top cover
Removed and replaced the worn parts listed
Cleaned the inside of the gun and oiled it
Screwed the top cover back on
Tested it, works like new
Needed a plastic gasket and 2 O-rings. Got the O-rings first and then realized I needed the plastic gasket.. It was obvious to see because the old gasket was in pieces
I opened the gun and replaced the parts, closed it back up and used the nailer
