This replacement gasket is supplied directly from original equipment manufacturer for use with Porter Cable nailers. It is utilized to provide an air-tight seal between the cap and the main body. Over time the material may deteriorate and crack breaking the seal eventually requiring replacement to keep your tool performing at top level. Please note this part is made of durable high-quality composite and it is sold individually.
Needed a plastic gasket and 2 O-rings. Got the O-rings first and then realized I needed the plastic gasket.. It was obvious to see because the old gasket was in pieces
