Air leak and random nail fire when connecting air hose

Replaced all of the internal o-rings. A complete rebuild kit is no longer available. I also replaced the trigger assembly. My Bostitch nail gun now works like new again!

Air leak from back cover.

After ordering a complete o ring kit and replacing the o rings I still had the same issue where air was leaking from the exhaust cover. I had to order and replace the head valve o ring again and that took care of the issue.

Remove the head of framing nailer gun cleaned all moving parts and put on the new gasket now it works like a charm,
