Removed the 4 Allen bolts on housing, removed cylinder sleeve . Used pick to remove much of the dry rotted seal, removed the seal ring . Installed new ceal reinstalled seal ring. Reassembled cylinder in housing , tighten housing bolts . Oiled and tested worked great put it to work framed and sheathing .

Air leak and random nail fire when connecting air hose

Replaced all of the internal o-rings. A complete rebuild kit is no longer available. I also replaced the trigger assembly. My Bostitch nail gun now works like new again!
