Difficulty Level:
Difficult
Total Repair Time:
1- 2 hours
Tools:
Socket set, Wrench set
Parts Used:
1703945SM
1. Remove bulbs and wiring from old headlights and remove hood from tractor
2. Remove grill and hinge bracket of hood
3. Loosen nuts fastening sides of hood
4. Push headlight assembly into position from inside of hood - fit was not very good because removing grill and loosening sides distorts area where assembly fits in
5. Reattach grill and hinge bracket - but do not tighten yet
6. Tighten sides of hood - aligning head lights while tightening
7. When satisified with fit, reattach hood to tractor
8. Headlight assembly fit good after tightening up all bolts
9. Take your time and be patient- headlight assembly is all plastic
