Disassembled the reel, removed wormshaft. Replaced wormshaft, greased and oiled all moving parts. Reassembled.

Just put every thing back together. Needed o-ring to make it right, but item has been discontinued. Seems to be o.k. easy task to do. Thanks ereplacement parts for having the parts I needed

Replaced clip. Replaced shim. Put new cap back on with a drop of oil inside of the cap.

To replace the drag washers, you only have to disassemble the handle side of the reel by removing three outer screws and two internal ones. Pay very close attention to the order that the parts come off or you might be able to find a how to video on you tube.

Reel was serviced an worn parts were replaced which made it like new or better. This reel had to be completely dismantled, cleaned,drag replacing worn out drag washer with new carbon drags washers then putting on the side plate an the new star drag wheel an then the handle an handle nut to complete the reel

Replaced axle clip,shim and lock nut,having older big fingers needed tweezers to place shim properly, repair was smooth and easy ,less than 5 minutes .My delivery was prompt as promised, and I missed little action thank you for asking.
