Broken o ring on driver head and broken bumper

Remove the Allen wrench bolts and remove the head. Pull out all the parts and replace all the o-rings and the bumper. Then put it back together in reverse

removed head off nail gun. removed sleeve and piston out. removed bumper. clean inside of nail gun. reinstall bumper, sleeve and piston.

O-ring broke and bumper completely shattered

1. Removed the 4 screws that hold the back cap on.
2 pulled out the driver/piston
3. Used compress air to clean out all the debris from the shattered bumper.
4. Installed new parts. O-ring, bumper, guide
5. Used air tool oil to lube up new parts
6. Reassembled the back cap using the 4 Allen screws
7. Tested nailer and works perfectly.
