Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually. This spring is mounted to the pawl. After a nail has been fired it will close the pawl so that the next nail may be fired. This part is used by the roofing nailers listed below.
1. Cleaned nail gun nose parts of dirt and crud
2. Removed front nose piece
3. Replaced o-ring that supplies air to cylinder/pawl
4. Re-installed front nose piece
5. Replaced o-ring on pawl cylinder
6. Replaced broken pawl spring
7. Oiled all moving parts
pulled apart replaced feed pawl,put in hinge pin and retainer
