This is an Original Weber replacement parts used for specific Grills. This set contains 5 Flavorizer Bars. The purpose of bars is to direct grease and drippings away from the burner tubes, which cuts down on flare ups tremendously. An extra benefit of Flavorizer Bars is that they help add that "cooked on a grill" flavor to your food. Bars rust is the combination of heat and moisture and should be replaced of they are damaged our have holes.

It took longer to clean the crap in the grill than to install the new flavorizer bars. I removed the cooking grates, then the old flavorizer bars, then placed the new ones in the grill.

2. Installed new flavorizer bars, total time ten minutes.

Removed the old warming basket and the warming rack, and replaced them with the new ones. Then removed the old cooking grates and flavorizer bars. Then cleaned out the grill and place the new flavorizer bars and cooking grates in their place.

Replacement of interior grill parts

Easy to remove the warming basket and warming rack and replace them with the new ones. Then remove the grates and the flavorizer bars by hand. Then clean the area. And place the new grates and flavorizer bars in the grill.

was unable use grill for 2 year and rusted out bars [. that stopped up gas tubes

removed grates
took out bars then vacuumed the rust
removed 2 screws and 2 bolts holding the gas tubes
pulled out drip tray and cleaned top and bottom of grill
put back in reverse order had no problems. direction were good
thanks saved about $600 over a new grill

Replaced burner system, but had to loosen manifold and control knobs in order to complete the repair. I then installed the flavorizor bars and new grates.
