Lift old grates out; set new grates in. Light grill; set to high heat for five minutes to remove any manufacturing residue. Put Porterhouse steaks on. Invite me over. Medium rare, please.
I bought replacement grates and installed them. If you want to prevent them from rusting make sure to clean them with water and soap after they cool down.

The grill has been used for 3 years and needed cleaning, replacing some parts
1. Remove and replace old wheels from frame.
2. Replace Hub on big wheels.
3. Remove old burners and cooking grates.
4. Clean all nasty stuff on the inside.
5. Install new burners and new grates.
6. Enjoy clean healthy cooking.

Enamel grates were rusted, wanted to replace rubber hose on regulator just to be safe
Grate replacement a snap.
Replacing regulator was a little difficult. The original hose had a nipple between the hose and manifold and the hose fitting on the original hose was smaller than the replacement hose. Had to remove the nipple and then the replacement hose fitting screwed directly into the manifold,
Lifted out old grill, cleaned interior and replaced with new. Perfect fit. CouldnGÇÖt have been easier.
