This item is sold individually and is made of metal. The circlip fits between the wheel shaft and the washer. When replacing this part a wrench and a set of pliers may be needed. It may become bent or broken and will need to be replaced. This is a genuine Honda replacement part for use in lawn mowers.
Took off tire on my mower,removed snap rings and put the new parts on.
