This replacement grease pan is specially designed for use with Char-Broil grills. It is a genuine OEM sourced item, not an aftermarket imitation. The purpose of this pan is to collect the grease and food drippings making cleaning process very simple. It is advised to clean this part with soap and water to avoid rusting after each use. Please note, this item includes (1) metal grease pan per order.

We show the compatible grease tray as part# G651-1200-W1A which measures 12.99 inches wide by 35.09 inches long by 2.4 inches high and the grease pan as part# G416-0015-W1 which measures 7.7 inches long by 4.1 inches wide by 1.6 inches high. Burners were rusted out /as was the burner brace/also the ignitor was non functional

Screw drivers, Socket set, Wrench (Adjustable)
1. Removed grill grates to access burners and burner brace.
2. Used screwdriver and adjustable to remove burner brace
3. Installed new burner brace and three new burners
4. Replaced grill grates
5. Removed screws on sides of front panel to access ignitor and wires
6. Remove large nut to push ignitor thru pane l and disconnect wires
7. Installed new ignitor and wires
8. Tighten large plastic nut
9. Push panel back into place and replaced screws on side of panel
10. Ready to grill after installing grease pan

Removed and replaced both items( once I was able to get them ordered). Both parts were obsolete but by calling the customer service number to get the replacement part,they arrived in just a few days.

1. Removed the grill grates, grease tray, and heat tents.
2. Mounted the tank shield to the grease tray. (new screws not supplied).
3. Installed the grease tray assembly with the tank shield and grease pan into the back of the grill.
4. Installed 5 new heat tent over the burners and reinstalled the 4 grill grates.

Simply lift off old heat tents and replace with new ones. Order the grease pan that slides beneath the entire grill. You\'ll need it as well-I did.

1) Just easily put pan in place. 2) Ignitor button was an exact replacement so I just screwed the threaded button in place and all is fixed as new. Thanks
