This is an adjustable burner bracket designed for use with Char-Broil grills. It contains stainless carryover channels. Adjusts 23-1/2" to 25". Includes 2 bar extensions, 2 angled extensions for brackets ending at an angle, hardware and instructions. Fits burners up to 2-5/8" wide. You would need a screwdriver to complete this repair.

Burners were rusted out /as was the burner brace/also the ignitor was non functional

1. Removed grill grates to access burners and burner brace.
2. Used screwdriver and adjustable to remove burner brace
3. Installed new burner brace and three new burners
4. Replaced grill grates
5. Removed screws on sides of front panel to access ignitor and wires
6. Remove large nut to push ignitor thru pane l and disconnect wires
7. Installed new ignitor and wires
8. Tighten large plastic nut
9. Push panel back into place and replaced screws on side of panel
10. Ready to grill after installing grease pan

The burners had never been replaced after 5 years. The carryover tube was falling apart with rust and corrosion.

1. Removed the racks, then lifted the burners out of the grill.
2. Took wrench and screwdriver and removed the single bolt/nut off each end of grill.
3. Cleaned up the belly of the grill.
4. Assembled the new L bracket to each end of the new carryover tube (do not tighten).
5. Re-attach the new carryover tube to the grill, align to center, tighten bolts/nuts.
6. Slide new burners into place and adjust the bolt on each burner to regulate the air/gas.

Carryover tube badly rusted as well as the grease pan

Removed and replaced both items( once I was able to get them ordered). Both parts were obsolete but by calling the customer service number to get the replacement part,they arrived in just a few days.

Removed and installed the burner brace by reading the included instructions.
Works as good as when it was new.

Carryover tube for burners.

Simple repair nad a great time to get the grill clean for the summer of cooking.
Get the burners off by lifting up and to towards the back of the grill.
Get a grip on the nut below the right and left ends and a screwdriver on the to of the bolt.
Remove the old carryover tube and clean the mounting position for the new o ne to sit properly.
Reverse order to install new tube while making sure the open slots face FORWARD.
Fire up grill and enjoy the summer.

First thing---DISCONNECT TANK
1. Removed the flame reducers
2. Removed the cast iron burners
3. Removed what was left of the old burner brace. Some of the carryover tubes had eroded away. The nut on one side was frozen on the bolt. I ended up grinding off the head.
