2. Rotate blade head to Lock blades automatically .
3. Remove blade binder. All bolts
4. Remove wire binder.
5. Replace wire binder on new binder
6. Install new blade and binder, ensure binder wire is under tension.

8. Turn on planer and cross your fingers!
Blade binder bolts loosened, sheared off bolt heads. Centrifugal force bent blade and binder.
