This is an original replacement screw designed for use with Makita power tools. This is a standard hardware which has multiple uses based on equipment. My Makita LS1013L would not plunge down smoothly. If you \"helped\" the guard get started, it would work plunge easier.

Replaced the handle and on off switch on my Makita 2703 table saw. Switch had been broken for years, but handle broke just recently.
