This is genuine OEM supplied replacement dust bag. It is specially produced for Milwaukee palm sanders. The purpose of this bag is to collect the dust and debris when using the sander. This fabric dust bag is sold individually. Please note, the plastic locking ring and the compression spring are all sold separately. Replacing this dust bag is a simple task that does not require any tools.

Orbital Sander brake was not working

Removed pad and side panel of body case, removed old brake and replaced. Very easy repair if you have the right size torx screwdriver. Also replaced dust bag and o-ring.

Install the o-ring on the dust chute
Then put the spring in the dust bag
Attach the dust bag to the bag locking ring
Then attach it to the dust chute

Sander wound\"nt sand properly & acted like it had a counter balance effect

Replaced the pad break, as the raised flanges were worn down flat. completed the repair by replacing the dust bag, locking ring & compression spring. Rebuilt to be new again!

Locking bag ring and dust chute were worn and wouldn\'t stay on.

Removed the dust chute, had to cut it with a saw to release it off the sander. Then its just a matter of putting the bag on the ring with the spring inside. slide the new chute on the sander.
