    Very pleased
Everything I received from you was perfect. It came quickly and was everything I needed. My bostitch is back up running smoothly. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was I thought the o-rings were a little pricey. I would definitely recommend you to anyone

    Wrong parts received
The parts we were told to order for the staple gun were sent in a timely manor but we're the wrong parts and we had to pay shipping to get them here and then shipping to return the wrong parts . The staff that handled my return call was very nice about it and acted in a professional manner but I still think it was wrong when they are the ones who told us what we needed in the first place for us to have to pay to ship back the wrong parts that were sent in order to be credited back. It makes me not want to buy online irregardless of the convenience when it cost me money for the companies mistake.

Disassemble the main cylinder and inspect for wear or broken parts. I found the o-ring groove on the head valve piston broken and very brittle. Original was made of a black material. The replacement is made of a white nylon looking material. Assembled all parts with new o-rings and lubrication. One of the easiest machines I've ever worked on. It is now working like new and if it ever has a similar problem, I'll know where to go for parts. The original o-rings in mine didn't show any damage or much wear, but I felt it was better to replace them since the machine is several years old.
