  • Great Service
Happens all the time, I break a Mandrel due to rock filled terrain. Grass/weeds hide them and before you know it I have a broken mandrel. But lucky me, I always get a great response from eReplacement Parts, as they have just what I need to get back to work and everything I order is in my hands lickity split.

    Amazing Service
The parts I ordered were exactly what I ordered and worked perfectly. I would prefer to review ereplacementparts.com instead since all the parts I have received over the years have been quality parts that have met my needs. ereplacementparts.com has always delivered excellent service! My orders have always been filled perfectly. And I am always amazed how quickly they are filled. Often I get a note that my order had shipped after only 24 hours or less, even when I order on a weekend. I think your service is amazing! Thank you!

Press pulley with gear center lined up Install nut and tighten nut keeping pulley flat square and aligned on shaft for an even draw as you tighten the pulley which presses the pulley onto the geared shaft more and more. It will take a little force.

    1. Removed mower deck out from under tractor
    2. Attempted to remove the machine screws for the pulley guards, however they broke off due to being seized to the deck. Drilled out and replaced with similar size.
    3. Removed top mandrel nut, removed the worn belt pulley.
    4. Loosened the 3 machine screws to mandrel, and separated from deck.
    5. Removed blade bolt to detach blade. Leave blade secured to mandrel as you will need it for leverage to loosen the nut above belt pulley in order to effectively remove pulley.

Reassemble in reverse order with all appropriate new parts.

Removed the deck from the tractor.
    Removed Pulley covers.
    Removed primary and secondary belts.
    Removed broken pulley and mandrel.
    Replace with new parts.
Replaced Belts (I would suggest getting two people to put on the belts, they are really tough to do on your own). The belts took the most time in this repair.
I replaced the blades since I already had the deck off.
That was it. The dealership wanted about 450 to do the repair, I did it for under 200.
