This is an original Char-Broil replacement part manufactured for use with outdoor grills. The burner is used to disperse flames evenly across the firebox. Over time the burner tubes can corrode and replacing damaged burners can extend the life of the grill. The main burners are sold individually.

Gas grill burners, crossover tubes and igniters were all acceptable and fit the grill as specified except one igniter hook-up wire was not long enough reach the central power box and could not be used. Had to re-install the old igniter.

Looking to replace burners and crossover tubes for char broil grill. Your sight has no listing for my model number. I know charbroil used the same parts over lots of models . Do you know which part numbers will work. I think the model was especially made for Lowes.

Removed rusted parts, gave grill box good cleaning, installed new replacement parts.
Everything went very well. eReplacement parts were either genuine or exact copies of CharBroil parts being replaced. This made the repair easy, didn't have to struggle with aftermarket parts that may not have fit so well. Happy customer here.....

Burners, carry over tubes and flame tamers were pretty much gone. Have had this grill 4-5 years. All in an outdoor setting.

Used the pliers to remove the old hairpin clips. (rusted into place)
Then removed what was left of the burners, carry over tubes and flame tamers.
Most of the repair time was spent with the shop vac cleaning out the bottom of the grill.
Then it was just a matter of putting the new parts back in and presto it works like new again
Total cost was just over $60 dollars versus a new grill at about $350.

It was easy. The old tubes were secured with cotter pins. I just had to remove the cotter pins and take the old parts out. The new parts went right in without a problem. I was worried about rust before I started, but it was not a problem.
