    2. Used a 19mm wrench to loosen the nut.
    3. Changed the blade.

    Ryobi 10 in. Table Saw (BTS21) Rusted and Badly Abused

    1. Torn down to bear bones
    2. Clean off years of rust by soaking in vinegar for 2 days
    3. Remove busted bolts and re-tap hole 2 days (both SAE and Metric)
    4. Begin re-assemble and lubricate moving parts 3 days
    5. Test and align saw 1 day

    Note: Only work on 1 to 3 hours per day
    The saw was brought from a pawn shop
    Was able to most parts from eReplacement but some parts or items are no longer
    manufacture (had to make my own)

    main slide guide on my tablesaw plastic parts where worn-out, could not get and accurate cut

    Removed all old adjustment parts
    install new parts, which was easy
    hard part was adjusting the Eccentric Screw and non eccentric screws, OJT.
    after adjusting, got my square out to make sure all was in alignment.

    I installed the handwheel for my table saw by removing the cap then unscrewing the handle from the damaged handwheel. I then raised the blade so I could easily install the arbor nut and used the new wrench to remove the messed up arbor nut. I was able to replace the blade and completed my project.
