The outside of the igniter switch fell apart and the button fell out.

Removed door on front of grill
Removed the front panel
Removed brackets supporting the drip pan to make access to igniter easier. Maybe not necessary.
Unplugged wires connected to igniter switch
Removed the nut that held the igniter, then removed the igniter
Inserted the new igniter then attached it with the new nut.
Reattached the wires.
Reattached the brackets, front panel and door

5/8 wrench to remove the old switch retainer nut.
Installed the new switch in reverse.
Gas Grill burner trough had rusted out and the front control panel has the wording worn away. Also my ignitor switch broke.

2. I put my new parts in place and used a phillips screw driver and drove 4 screw on each side of my control cover.
3. I screwed my new igniter into the control panel cover and plugged in into the control box.
4. I lit the grill and let it come up to 600 degrees to burn off the new.
5. I grilled chicken that night......

Removed shield around switch, then switch
Disconnected electrical clips on battery wires
Installed new switch and reversed removal procedures
NOTE : wire on one clip broke and had to order and replace ignition assembly including unit on burner tube. Estimate it will take about an hour to complete when parts arrive.
