Hello, had to take the Engine cover off, took muffler cover off, took air filter off, Remove carburetor, insulator, took screws out of the head, Remove the head Gasket, clean the piston up removed old piston rings, put new piston rings on oiled Piston, piston cylinder. PS if I ever have to do it again I will replace piston and put a new Cylinder head on, with new piston rings. DonGÇÖt think I will have to ever do that. Rings disintegrated, scored piston and cylinder walls.
Removed cylinder body. Removed wrist pin bearing and keepers. Installed new piston and rings. Made ring compressor with 11/2 pvc drain. Installed new cylinder head. Reassemble the rest of trimmer.
