Genuine OEM replacement part, this item is sold individually. The purpose of the 901551001 Intake Gasket is to create a seal between the Heat Dam and the cylinder head. Over time because of the heat it is exposed to this gasket will deteriorate and will have to be replaced.

Reassembled carburetor with new gasket

It was easy just removed the run/choke cover, and removed the two bolts holding the carburetor, and the gas line and replace the carburetor and gaskets, bolt it back together, that was it!
Disassemble covers, un-hook throttle cable from carb and remove carb. Pull shield and remove broken heat dam and gaskates. Replace heat dam and gaskets with new replacement parts. Re-assemble, start, and run!
