Removed old coupler with screwdriver and installed new. Coupler merely slides onto end of shaft attached to trimmer motor.

Removed the old shaft. Assembled new gear box on new shaft and coupled it to the main body. Put the new head on and Its working.

It was a pretty straight swap of the spark plug and coupler. 1 screw on the coupler and some loctite. Removed the filter cover and replace the air filter

Removed two screws that hold the coupler to the upper shaft, slide old coupler off install new coupler line up screw holes install screws.

Removed the screws securing the old coupler to the drive shaft housing and removed it. Then attached the new coupler to the housing with the screws.
