Used punch to start the removal and used scraper to help in that process. Used clamp to push the new ones on as well as a hammer to drive them home.

Seat new pads with two large C clamps and wood blocks above and below alternating driving the pads integral dowels into their respective retentive holes. Do not try to hammer them in!

1. Used a flat blade screwdriver to pop out the old pads.
2. Snapped the new ones in.
