Drive wheels did not move and return spring rusted out.
1. Removed the wheels.
2. Removed the drive axle.
3. Removed the friction wheel.
4. Replaced the friction rubber.
5. Put the friction wheel back on.
6. Put the drive axle back in.
7. Put the wheels back on.

Pull off chute. Take off plastic belt cover (two bolts). Separate the two parts (auger and engine) by pulling out 4 bolts, 2 on each side. Disconnect lever cable from belt control and remove belt. Take off broken spring and replace with new spring. Reassemble.
