1 - Removed 1 side cover
2 - Replaced on/off switch & Pcb assembly(circuit board required 1 connection soldered).
3- Replaced cover & saw was working again.
4- Replaced Brushes & Blade pulley tires, as preventative maintenance.

The saws are equipped with saw blade guides .... i.e. mini roller bearings. They were completely shot and needed to be replaced

Simply unscrew the old and install new ..... then test the saw for a straight cut with no binding.
