This authentic manufacturer-sourced extension leg nut is made for use with Milwaukee compact band saws. It is an identical replacement for a missing or a damaged hardware that was installed on a new unit. This rear guide block assembly helps to provide support and guide the blade. Refer to the diagrams for your model to ensure the correct repair procedure. It is made of durable metal and is sold as an individual item. A screwdriver and pliers will be needed to replace this rear guide block assembly.
All you need is a screwdriver to replace the guide blocks , unscrew the old ones and screw in the new ones. The tires just stretch on the blade pulleys.
1.) Removed Battery
2.) Removed Blade
3.) Unscrewed fasteners from top/ front of bandsaw.
4.) Unscrewed fasteners from underneath saw.
5.) Removed old guide blocks and installed new ones.
6.) Tightened all screws back in place and it worked as it should!
