?This is a genuine Dynabrade replacement part designed for use with sanders/buffers. It fits inside the cylinder assembly. This set includes a plastic rotor and a set of five (5) blades. To replace it you will need a screwdriver and pliers.

Air bypassing air motor tool not functioning

2. Remove the housing captive nut.
3. Remove the air motor.
4. Rebuild the air motor.
5. Reassemble.
Sander locked up would not turn

Use a bearing puller to disassemble the housing holding the rotor and blades. Once everything is disassembledand cleaned, press the felt washer and lower bearing onto the rotor shaft, lower plate,and rotor housing. Coat the lower plate and rotor housing ... Read more using a light coat of airtool oil. Install the rotor again coated with airtool oil. Install the blades, liberaly coated with oil, into the rotor. Then its the upper plate, lightly coated with oil, and top bearing. install assembly back into the sander body.
