This is a genuine Dynabrade replacement part designed for use with sanders/buffers. It fits inside the cylinder assembly. This set includes a plastic rotor and a set of five (5) blades. To replace it you will need a screwdriver and pliers.

1. Remove the guard and the sander pad.
2. Remove the housing captive nut.
3. Remove the air motor.
4. Rebuild the air motor.
5. Reassemble.

Remove sanding pad, unscrew retaining nut holding the internals into the sander.
Use a bearing puller to disassemble the housing holding the rotor and blades. Once everything is disassembledand cleaned, press the felt washer and lower bearing onto the rotor shaft, lower plate,and rotor housing. Coat the lower plate and rotor housing ... Read more
