Broken drive belt

Removed plastic cover exposing drive belt. Removed old belt and replaced with new belt. Replaced cover, repair complete.

Old belt broke

Removed the belt cover cover with phillips screwdriver, cleaned with air and wiped with rag. Installed new belt, replaced cover. Plugged in to check, worked fine no adjustments needed

Worn out parts/belt

Removed belt cover assembly and removed worn belt. While the cover is off you can replace the tracking arm assembly. And just simply replaced the plate.

I put too much downward pressure on the sander causing the cog drive belt to strip .
