This is a genuine Skil drive belt, not an aftermarket imitation. It is sourced directly from original equipment manufacturer for use on belt sanders. It is the main belt that would drive the unit. This part is made out of rubber and is sold individually.

Easy repair
My belt sander was not working well due to saw dust buildup. I took it apart to clean it and the belt easily broke. A local store was going to charge much more plus shipping and handling. I found the replacement belt on eReplacement. I purchased 2 for less than what I was going to be charged.

Removed the belt cover cover with phillips screwdriver, cleaned with air and wiped with rag. Installed new belt, replaced cover. Plugged in to check, worked fine no adjustments needed
Removed belt cover assembly and removed worn belt. While the cover is off you can replace the tracking arm assembly. And just simply replaced the plate.
