Pole trimmer was in working condition initially, but wear and tear on various parts required replacement to maintain optimum performance.
1) removed chain guard/sprocket cover bolts, removed cover
2) cleaned up chain, bar and other parts
3) removed usable parts from sprocket cover
4) replaced worn, broken parts as ordered
5) reverse of previous steps to assemble
6) replaced damaged/missing stickers
7) tested assembled unit

Took the chain cover off. Removed old parts and installed new parts. Very simple fix. The only problem was the parts shown for my model and serial number were wrong so I had to order the correct parts. I had to look at different model numbers to find the correct parts
Removed snap ring from pruner. Next, removed washer, then sprocket. very simple repair. Put new sprocket, next washer, and last the snap ring to secure.
Took off e-clip and removed Sprocket-Drive. remove screws to split the case. removed armature and ground inner bearing race to remove. Reassemble in reverse with new sprocket-drive gear.
