Remove side cover , remove chain, tensioner, and sprocket\' remove nut and belt\' then remove pulley. go back together in revierce order with new pulley.

Full rebuild. New cutting head, new rollers, new bearings.
1) removed the blades
2) removed the gear box assembly on both sides and the belt and pulley using an impact
hammer and wheel puller
3) Removed cotter pin and then pounded out the cutter head
4) Attached the new bearings to the cutter head using a jig I made.
5) pounded the cutter head back into the asse

compressor blower.
6) reattached the new pulley and key along with the belt.
7) reattached the gearing on both sides along with the gear box
8) added new blades and assembled it completely and tested it out - beautiful cuts.

Pulley had come loose after nut fell off. Ruined those parts and the key
